What does pre-ordering mean?
Pre-ordering simply means you get to reserve the items and sizes you want before production is finished. By pre-ordering, your order will be amongst the first to be fulfilled and delivered, as soon as stocks arrive with us!
Why should I pre-order?
Since we are a new brand, we have very limited stocks in our debut collection, which means styles and sizes will run out quickly! You might consider placing your order in advance if you want to guarantee getting the items you want in your size.
How do I pre-order?
To pre-order, simply add the item in the correct size to your cart and checkout as normal. You will need to enter your shipping and billing address, as well as payment details in order to checkout.
How does payment work? When will I be charged for the order?
You will be charged on your card as soon as you checkout and place your order.
We do this because it guarantees the same-day exchange rates, particularly if you are an international customer.
When will I receive my order?
We are aiming to ship out preorders in late November 2019 to early December 2019. However, we cannot guarantee a set date until closer to the time, as with many things in life, unforeseen situations may arise.
If your pre-order is time-sensitive, we do NOT advise that you place a preorder.
How will I know when my order is ready to be shipped?
Once you have placed your order and payment has gone through, you will receive an email with your order number on it. We will send regular email updates to keep you in the loop, particularly when stocks arrive in our warehouse, when your order is ready to ship, and a shipment tracking email to follow!
Help - I didn’t realise this was a pre-order! How do I get a refund?
We totally understand if you want a refund for your pre-order. As long as we have not packed and/or shipped your order, we will give you a refund on your pre-order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the Subject Line of your email and tell us what you’d like to have refunded.
If you have more questions, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Pre-order Inquiry”.
