What delivery services are available?

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

As our team is very small, please give us up to 3 working days to process, pack, and ship your order. We will get right to work as soon as your payment has been received!

*Please note that we are currently in our pre-order phase, so your order will only be shipped when stocks are ready.

Where can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number as well as a link to the site. You may have to wait up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be enabled.

Do you ship internationally?

Help! My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

If your order has not arrived within 3 days of the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our team here with your order number for further assistance.

Orders & Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to create an account with us in order to place an order. However, creating an account is handy to keep track of your purchases!

What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal payments. We do not accept direct bank transfers, cash on delivery, or other e-wallet payment methods at the moment.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

The default currency all prices are displayed in is Singapore Dollars (SGD).

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once you have paid for your order you cannot cancel it.
If you realised you have made a mistake on the delivery address, please contact immediately with your order number and the correct address. While we will try our best to rectify this situation, there is always a chance that the order has been shipped out already, in which case we have no control over it.

Exchange Policy

Do you accept returns and refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds, only exchanges.

In the event that your particular item not available anymore for exchange (i.e. sold out), we may advise you on other similar products of the same value or offer store credit.

What are the criteria to fulfil an exchange?

Before contacting us about an exchange, please make sure you fulfil the following requirements for an exchange:

1. Items must be in its original packaging;
2. Price tags / hang tags, labels, and stickers in tact on the garment;
3. Items are unused, unworn, and does not have any trace of personal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to refuse the condition of an exchange based on our discretionary judgment.

How do I exchange my item?

Please note that ALL exchanges are only eligible within 7 days (one week) of receiving the package. Please contact our team here before you ship anything to us as we will inform you of the proper procedures, otherwise we will not be able to track your exchanged items.

We offer FREE exchange on items of the following conditions:
- Defective product(s);
- You’ve received the wrong colour, size, or model from the item(s) you’ve purchased.
We do apologise sincerely for your experience and will pay for both the pick-up and delivery of the replacement item(s) at no extra cost. Please note that we may ask you to provide photographic evidence to qualify for the free exchange.

If you want to exchange your item(s) for reasons other than the ones listed above, then you will need to bear the shipment cost of SGD 7 to send back the item to us and have a replacement shipment sent back to you.

How much time does it take for my exchange to be processed?

Please email us with the tracking number once you have shipped the item(s) out. It will take us 3-5 working days after receiving the package to check the condition of the item and send you a replacement.

All promotions, discounts, and voucher codes issued by Aaila Swimwear are subjected to a set of terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to change, add, or remove without prior notice in the best interests of the company. We may choose to terminate, discontinue, or restrict the use of promo codes to individuals to prevent fraudulent or suspicious activity.

All vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

How do I claim my voucher code?

During checkout, you will see a section to type in your discount code under the order summary. Click 'apply' and it will automatically apply the discount!

Care Instructions

How to wash and care for my swimwear?

- Hand rinse with clear water after use, or gentle machine was with mild soap detergent.
- Add softener to final rinse cycle.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not soak.
- Do not iron.
- Do not leave wet garment to lie in a pile.
- Dry away from direct sunlight.
- Maximum wash at 40℃
